JCS MOGILEVLIFTMASH – DANOBAT

In March 2013 the JSC Mogilevliftmash initiated the selection of the supplier of the complex equipment for the processing of sheet metal panels for elevators.

The main purpose was a high-effective automatic production of 12 various parts in accordance with the Customer’s drawings.

Eurostancom Ltd. together with the manufacturer of the corresponding machines DANOBAT (Spain) made all the necessary calculations, selected the most suitable equipment and offered an integrated solution – sheet processing complex consisting of automatic tower with shelves for metal sheets, loading unit, combi machine with punching and sharing functions, conveyor system, automatic panel bender for final bending on the pre-manufactured blanks.

The sheet processing complex was put into operation in 2014. It enabled the Customer to produce the required parts in automatic mode almost without the human force involvement resulting in expenses reduction, geometrical accuracy improvement and effectiveness growth.

During several years the technical staff of JSC “Borisov Plant of Aggregates” was developing the project of turning of the part “Turbocharger Wheel”.

Such long time of the project development is explained by the process peculiarities – the wheel is inserted into the turbocharger case with a minimum clearance and is rotating with a high speed inside it.
